This Scapin has been overhauled and shows an elegant original red and black paintwork which, together with a Campagnolo Victory Pantographed groupset, makes this bike a true classic cycling.
Umberto Scapin started building racing bicycles in 1957 in Piove di Sacco (Padua, norther Italy) and dedicated his whole life towards the production of high-end and refined steel frames. However not a mainstream brand, Scapin bicycles are nowadays really renowned among collectors worldwide.
As most of the Italian frame builders, Scapin committed to manufacture not only durable and performance frames, but also elegant and beauty, adjectives which must must accompany every Italian bicycle.
The bike is in very good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. Original paint shows some small touch-ups. The chrome is in very goog condition. All parts are working fine.
