This unique vintage Brands Cycles Amsterdam is equipped with extra light SLX tubes from Columbus steel.
Cycles Brands Amsterdam was a bicycle shop in the Javastraat in Amsterdam East. Brands also had racing frames made (with columbus tubes). The builder of these frames was Peter van de Klundert, who later took over Sirocco from his father (and former rider) Jacques van de Klundert in Hoogerheide. Brands Cycles Amsterdam no longer exists, that makes the frame even more unique.
This steel Brands Amsterdam SLX Columbus beauty comes straight from the 1990s. The frame has original paint and decals, it has some paint damage incurred over the years. But still looks very nice.
